Mizoram University BTech admission starts with JoSAA counselling which will start from June 10, 2024. JEE Main 2024 round two results and NTA score for paper one were released on April 24, 2024, by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Students can download their scorecard from the NTA website. JoSAA will release the Mizoram University cutoff 2024 in the second week of June 2024. A total of 56 students scored 100 NTA score in JEE Main 2024 session two exam.
The Mizoram University Aizawl was established in 2001. It is a public university for higher education. It is recognised by the University Grant Commission (UGC) and AICTE. Mizoram University holds ‘A’ NAAC accreditation and affiliation from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The university was ranked 78th by the NIRF rankings in 2022. Mizoram University has nine schools and 41 departments that offer a range of general and professional courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Mizoram University courses are offered in engineering, economics, management, information services, education, mass communication, humanities, life sciences, fine arts, architecture, earth sciences, natural resource management, and medical and paramedical sciences. It also provides massive open online courses, online bachelor's and master's degrees, certificates, diplomas, and executive programmes.
Mizoram University campus is around 978-acre and consists of classrooms, laboratories, modern equipment, seminar halls, departmental libraries, computer labs, administrative blocks, a central library, a DST incubation centre, an ICT centre, MOOCs Studios, a Natural history museum, an engineering workshop, amphitheatre, auditorium, guesthouse, business centre, basketball court, multipurpose hall, banking, and postal facilities.

Mizoram University admission to all the courses is entrance-based or merit-based. Some of the entrance exams accepted are JEE Main, GATE, and CUET. JEE Main score is accepted for BTech admission. JEE Main 2024 session two exam has ended and the results have been declared. GATE is the entrance for Mizoram University MTech admission 2024.
The university releases a merit list for various courses on the official website. The MZU application is available in both online/offline modes. For Mizoram University admission students need to qualify for various national/state-level entrance exams for courses like B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, and MBA. It also conducts a university-level entrance examination (MZU-EEE) for admission if students have not appeared for the entrance exam.
